Steve Golis is a co-founding Principal of Radius Group and leads a five-person team that delivers commercial and multifamily real estate services across the Central Coast and Ventura County. Under his leadership at Radius, Steve has built a reputation for exceptional market expertise and results in the Santa Barbara region.
Over his 45-year career, Steve has amassed multifamily and commercial sales totaling nearly 20,000 units, with sales volume in the last decade alone exceeding $1 billion. Since 1979, he has specialized in marketing residential income and multi-family properties on the Central Coast, leveraging decades of expertise to connect investors with the right opportunities.
Widely regarded as a market leader in his field, Steve is regularly called upon to present at local professional events as an expert in the apartment sector. He is also a proud member of the Solvang, Santa Ynez, and Buellton Chambers of Commerce, where he hosts regular Chamber functions and sponsors community events such as Stow House’s Music at the Ranch and Solvang’s Concerts in the Park.
As a longtime supporter of the community, Steve has dedicated Time and Resources to philanthropic causes throughout the Central Coast. He has been involved with the Rancheros Vistadores, Santa Barbara Trail Riders, and Old Spanish Days. He serves on the board of the Community Housing Council and has supported housing initiatives for low-income and homeless populations for nearly 20 years. Steve also holds executive board positions with the Los Padres Council & Outdoor School and the Santa Barbara Humane Society. In addition to these organizations and activities, Steve is in his 39th year of Karate and holds a 6th degree black belt making him a Rokudan!
