A decade ago, if a company made it past the 10-year mark, it probably wasn’t likely to register with the general public as anything out of the ordinary. These days, with the nation slowly inching itself out of serious economic woes, any business reaching such a milestone has definite cause to celebrate.
Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments took a moment this past Tuesday night to thank its long-time business partners and associates for helping the company achieve 10 years of success.
Radius celebrated its 10th Anniversary Tuesday, April 24 at an invitation-only party at The Granada Theatre in downtown Santa Barbara. The company hosted about 300 during the event.
“We chose The Granada because it’s arguably one of the most beautiful and special locations in Santa Barbara, but above all we wanted to celebrate in a venue with history and tradition,” said Radius principal and CEO Steve Golis.
“Yes, we’re only 10 years old, but in that short time we’ve seen a lot and experienced all the economy could throw at us, and we’re thankful to be on the right track to cementing our own legacy.”
Golis and partners Steve Brown and Bob Tuler founded the company in 2002. The trio has more than 100 years combined experience in the Central Coast commercial real estate market, and the Radius team has been a part of many of the largest and most recognizable sales and lease transactions in the area.
