Daniel Bagdazian specializes in the sale and leasing of retail properties on the Central Coast. He recently joined Radius Group with a focus on the Ventura County market. Previously, he sold residential real estate with Village Properties in Santa Barbara.

Daniel is a driven sales professional and a native of Ventura County. His knowledge of the area and market adds tremendous value to clients doing business here.

He has worked with top-brand tenants including Lassens, Krispy Kreme and Wendy’s. He has also represented several high profile landlords including Milan Capital, JH Real Estate Partners, Rothbart Development and Simon Property Group.

Daniel is a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College with a degree in Liberal Arts. He is an avid musician and has performed and collaborated with many notable musicians around the world.
