Radius Group Commercial Real Estate Wraps Up Sale in Goleta

Radius Group Commercial Real Estate is pleased announce the sale of a 38 unit apartment building in Goleta, California. Steve Golis, Co-founder of Radius Group and Jan Finley of the Golis Team successfully represented the seller at 175 Kinman Avenue. The property is located just one block off Hollister Avenue in Old Town Goleta. The apartments are kitty corner from the newly constructed Hampton Inn and within biking distance of UCSB and the beach. The building sold for $124,000 per unit at a 5.16% cap rate. The buyer was an investor from northern California that exchanged from two smaller properties. This was the first time the building sold in 30 years.
