Austin Herlihy joined Radius Group Commercial Real Estate in 2005. Working directly with Steve Brown, Herlihy and Brown have completed over $200,000,000 in total transaction value and has Leased / Sold over 900,000 SF. Austin is quickly creating a very successful reputation and has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge in all facets of commercial real estate leasing and sales. In 2008, Herlihy and Brown were named 2008 dealmakers of the year by the Pacific Coast Business Times, for the $13 million dollar sale of 5464 Carpinteria Avenue.

Austin has called Santa Barbara home for the past twelve years and has a unique customer service background which helps him satisfy the diverse needs of clients. Prior to Radius Group, Austin served as a project manager/professional sailor for the most successful professional sailing teams and businessmen in the world. He competed in multiple world and national championships and managed all critical phases of complex racing programs. His ability to follow through and manage all of the fine details of varied and complicated sailing projects earned him a powerful network of local and international clients and contacts.

Austin is married to his wife Nicole and has two children, a son Liam and a daughter Peyton. Austin earned his BA degree in Communication from the University of California Santa Barbara and remains very active in the community.
